DMCA & Copyright Policy

Copyright notice requirements

A notice should include: your full name and contact information; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; the exact URL of the material you want reviewed; a clear explanation of the claimed infringement; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized; a statement that the information in the notice is accurate; and your physical or electronic signature where legally required.

Where to send notices

Send copyright notices to [email protected] with the subject line “Copyright Notice”. Providing complete information helps us locate and assess the material efficiently.

Review and response

We may request clarification, remove or restrict access to material while a claim is reviewed, notify the content contributor where appropriate, or restore content if a valid counter-notice or other basis supports restoration. We may also preserve records when reasonably necessary for dispute handling.

Counter-notices

If content you supplied is removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing the information required by the law applicable to the request. Because copyright procedures can carry legal consequences, consider obtaining independent legal advice before submitting a formal notice or counter-notice.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly making false copyright claims or counterclaims can have legal consequences. Submit only accurate, good-faith notices concerning rights you own or are authorized to represent.
